This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, how shipping timelines work, what to expect after checkout, and how to contact customer support if there is an issue with your shipment.

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Cerebraceuticals website.

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, carrier availability, and shipping costs may vary based on product availability, order volume, destination, carrier performance, checkout selections, holidays, weather events, and other factors outside our direct control.

Cerebraceuticals is not responsible for orders delayed, held, rejected, returned, or confiscated by customs or local authorities due to destination-country restrictions.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact customer support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

12. Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to sender because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unclaimed package, carrier access issue, or other delivery problem.

If a package is returned to Cerebraceuticals, customer support will review the situation and determine whether the order may be reshipped, refunded, or otherwise resolved.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

13. Lost Packages

Lost package resolutions are not guaranteed and may depend on the carrier investigation, order history, shipping method, delivery status, and applicable policies.

14. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Mailbox, porch, lobby, package room, front desk, or secure delivery area
  • Nearby doors, side entrances, or alternate drop-off locations
  • Household members, neighbors, building staff, or office staff
  • Carrier delivery notes or photo proof, if available

If the package still cannot be located, contact customer support with your order number and tracking information.

Packages marked delivered by the carrier may not automatically qualify for refund or replacement. Cerebraceuticals will review the situation and may recommend contacting the carrier, filing a claim, or taking additional steps based on the delivery details.

15. Stolen Packages

Cerebraceuticals is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to a secure location where packages can be received safely.

If theft is suspected, customers may need to contact the carrier, building management, local authorities, or the applicable shipping protection provider if such protection was purchased or included.

16. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, opened, crushed, or otherwise compromised, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Email address used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping box and label

Please do not discard the product or packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as photos or additional information may be needed.

After review, Cerebraceuticals may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

17. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order is missing an item or contains the wrong product, please contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, email address used for purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the package contents if available.

Cerebraceuticals will review the order, fulfillment record, and supporting information before determining the appropriate resolution.

18. Subscription Shipments

Subscription shipments are processed according to the billing and delivery schedule selected at checkout or managed through the customer account portal.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address, billing information, and subscription preferences current before the next billing date.

To avoid shipment to an outdated address, customers should update subscription shipping details before the next subscription order processes.

Once a subscription order has processed, it may not be possible to cancel, reroute, or modify the shipment before fulfillment.

19. Preorders, Backorders, and Product Launches

If Cerebraceuticals offers preorders, backorders, waitlist products, or product launch shipments, estimated shipping dates will be provided when available.

Estimated launch or shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production timing, inventory arrival, quality control, packaging, fulfillment setup, or carrier availability.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder or backorder items, the order may ship together or separately depending on fulfillment setup and product availability.

Order change requests, including address changes, product changes, quantity changes, or cancellation requests, should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Cerebraceuticals cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or carrier handoff.
